1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Quick Distribution for flyer delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Quick Distribution provides professional flyer and brochure distribution services across Sydney, including:

• Local Drops - Individual flyer delivery within selected suburbs
• Government & Election Distribution - Compliant delivery for official materials
• Custom Flyer Campaigns - Tailored distribution solutions

3. Service Area

Our services cover all Sydney suburbs with particular expertise in:

• Inner West
• Eastern Suburbs
• Northern Beaches
• Sydney CBD

We reserve the right to refuse service in areas we deem unsafe or inaccessible.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is as quoted and agreed upon before service commencement. Payment terms are:

• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payment may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• GST applies to all services as applicable

5. Delivery Standards

We commit to:

• Individual delivery of each flyer (no bundling)
• Professional handling of all materials
• Delivery within agreed timeframes
• Respect for private property and "No Junk Mail" signs

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate delivery instructions and target areas
• Ensure all materials comply with local regulations
• Obtain necessary permissions for distribution
• Provide materials in good condition and sufficient quantity

7. Limitation of Liability

Quick Distribution's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Weather-related delays or cancellations
• Restricted access to properties
• Materials damaged in transit
• Business outcomes from flyer distribution

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or work already commenced.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
